I have always been something for somebody; a daughter, a sister, a student, a wife, a mother, and now a MaeMae. I didn't know who Megan truly was until I found my light through photography.  I search for the light in each and every photo I take. I choose black and white photography for that exact reason. I am searching for the light and the emotion in everything. I see how the light hits each scene in color and then work to bring that light into the black and white. ​I hope when you see each photo, you find the light and it evokes emotion within each of you.​ I have also branched out to capture God's beautiful colors. I do not edit any color photograph as the raw beauty speaks for itself.

Since God has blessed me with the light, I will pay it forward. Each photo that is purchased through this site, I will donate half the proceeds to charity.  I have picked two charities that are close to my heart; St. Jude's Charity, as no child should have to endure this terrible disease; and Chaves County Veterans, a charity set up to honor the memory of the deceased veterans by providing funds to the families to have their love ones buried in their hometowns and to aid indigent veterans with a proper burial.
